Omar joined The Momentum Financial Group in 2003. He has held various positions, most recently Lead Advisor/Field Trainer. As a Lead Advisor/Field Trainer, he is responsible for developing new territories as well as recruiting and training new advisers. The Momentum Financial Group would not be the success it is today without the efforts of Mr. Omar Aquil. Omar currently resides in Memphis, TN. He received his formal education from Florida A&M University as.a scholarship student /athlete for the universities Men's Swimming Team.

Gerald Brooks began his career in 1996 as an independent agent for R.W. Durham & Company. As an agent, he specialized in writing contracts for Tax Sheltered Annuities, Life Insurance, and Individual Retirement Accounts. Mr. Brooks received the President's Club Award in 1997, 1998 and 1999. He relocated to New Orleans, LA to expand the firm’s annuity presence in 1998, and later to Charlotte NC in 1999 to incorporate the same expansion strategies. Business practices in both Charlotte and New Orleans provided experience managing agents. He returned to Houston in 2000 and contracted with the Platinum Insurance Marketing Organization from 2001-2003. Mr. Brooks trained and led a team of 12 agents, while personally earning the distinguished Million Dollar Producer awards in 2001 and 2002.
In 2003, Gerald Brooks became the President and CEO of the Momentum Financial Group; a privately held Insurance Marketing Organization specializing in the K-12 educational market. Based in Stafford, TX, the Momentum Financial Group conducts business in six states with its primary focus targeting school districts in South East Texas. Mr. Brooks is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company which consist of recruiting and training agents and developing
markets to ensure agents are positioned to succeed. His recruiting and management tenacity has annually placed his firm as a top 10 agency for the primary insurance companies they market.
A native of Houston TX, Mr. Brooks received his Bachelors of Arts from California State University, Chico in 1991. He received his Masters of Education from the University of Houston in 1997. A Certificate of Completion in the Masters Entrepreneurship Program was also received from the University of Houston in 1997.

Marcus Castille has retired some of the most tenured administrators, teachers, and TRS employees within southeast Texas. Marcus serves as the Beaumont regional director of the Momentum Financial Group which is a Houston based company. The Momentum Financial Group is also a part of US Retirement Partners which is a network of over 1,000 advisers that provide retirement solutions to K-12 employees across the country.
He earned a master’s degree in education from Lamar University in 2010. He also earned a bachelor’s degree from University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Marcus is a certified principal and certified science teacher. With ten years of experience in the classroom, he has an authentic connection with educators.
After making the decision to leave the classroom in the fall of 2013, he has helped over 170 start retirement accounts. With an enthusiastic approach, strong work ethic, and a listening ear he makes educators feel at comfortable working with him. He never waivers in his commitment to help anyone he can.
Marcus is a dynamic speaker. He specializes in helping educators add value to themselves while educators add value to others. He does this through workshops, seminars, one on one consulting, and keynote speeches. His signature talk, “Climbing Money Mountains” will engage any audience.
Marcus is an ordained minister. He lives in Beaumont, TX with his wife of eleven years and his eight year old son. Marcus enjoys road trips, eating out on weekends, and reading in spare time.

With this said, Season has built relationships with a broad range of clients from various socioeconomic backgrounds. Season prides herself in having the ability to educate her clients about ways they can set aside a monetary value, that will not change their present way of life, and multiply that value numerous times throughout their lifetime.
Season graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and Management. She attained lifelong membership into two honor societies, Phi Theta Kappa and Alpha Beta Gamma. Season's personal interests lie in the areas of natural health, gardening and grass-root civil
rights initiatives. Her personal interests align with her professional goals of teaching others how to live happier, fuller, richer lives. Season is a mother of three and resides in Memphis, Tennessee.
